Sáng ngày 08/02/2026, sinh viên Khoa Du lịch – Trường Đại học Phan Thiết đã tham gia “Lễ hội Bánh Chưng” được tổ chức tại The Cliff Resort & Residences, Mũi Né, trong không khí rộn ràng, phấn khởi chào đón Tết Nguyên đán Bính Ngọ 2026.
“Lễ hội Bánh Chưng” là hoạt động văn hóa truyền thống được The Cliff Resort & Residences duy trì và tổ chức thường niên mỗi dịp Tết đến, Xuân về, với sự đồng hành của cán bộ, giảng viên và sinh viên Khoa Du lịch Trường Đại học Phan Thiết. Chương trình không chỉ góp phần gìn giữ và lan tỏa những giá trị văn hóa dân tộc mà còn thể hiện sự gắn kết chặt chẽ giữa doanh nghiệp và nhà trường trong công tác đào tạo, giúp sinh viên có cơ hội tiếp cận môi trường thực tế của ngành du lịch – dịch vụ.
Không gian lễ hội năm nay được trang hoàng rực rỡ với sắc đỏ – vàng chủ đạo, điểm xuyết bởi hoa mai, hoa đào cùng nhiều hình ảnh mang đậm dấu ấn Tết cổ truyền Việt Nam. Khu vực tổ chức được bài trí với mái nhà tranh, câu đối đỏ, mâm ngũ quả và các tiểu cảnh truyền thống, tạo nên không khí ấm cúng, gần gũi, gợi nhớ những giá trị văn hóa lâu đời của dân tộc.
Điểm nhấn của chương trình là chuỗi hoạt động trải nghiệm phong phú như thi gói bánh chưng, nấu bánh chưng, tham gia các trò chơi dân gian truyền thống. Bên cạnh đó, lễ hội còn có sự góp mặt của các nghệ nhân làm đồ chơi dân gian, khu vực ông đồ cho chữ đầu năm và các gian hàng ẩm thực Tết với bánh mứt, trái cây và nhiều món ăn đặc trưng ngày xuân, thu hút đông đảo sinh viên và khách tham quan.
Đại diện sinh viên Khoa Du lịch cho biết, chương trình là dịp ý nghĩa để sinh viên hiểu rõ hơn về nét đẹp văn hóa truyền thống của dân tộc, đồng thời khơi dậy niềm tự hào, tình yêu quê hương đất nước và ý thức trách nhiệm đối với cộng đồng. Qua đó, sinh viên càng thêm động lực trong học tập, rèn luyện kỹ năng và tác phong nghề nghiệp, hướng tới trở thành nguồn nhân lực chất lượng cao cho ngành du lịch trong tương lai.

On the morning of February 8, 2026, students of the Faculty of Tourism, University of Phan Thiet enthusiastically took part in the “Banh Chung Festival” held at The Cliff Resort & Residences, Mui Ne, in a joyful and vibrant atmosphere to welcome the Lunar New Year Binh Ngo 2026.
The “Banh Chung Festival” is a traditional cultural activity regularly organized by The Cliff Resort & Residences on the occasion of Lunar New Year, with the active participation of lecturers and students from the Faculty of Tourism, University of Phan Thiet. The program not only contributes to preserving and promoting traditional Vietnamese cultural values but also demonstrates the strong collaboration between enterprises and educational institutions, creating opportunities for students to engage with real-world professional environments in the tourism and hospitality industry.
This year, the festival space was elaborately decorated with dominant red and yellow tones, highlighted by apricot blossoms, peach blossoms, and various symbols of the traditional Vietnamese Tet holiday. The event area featured thatched-roof houses, red parallel sentences, five-fruit trays, and other traditional displays, evoking a warm, familiar, and festive atmosphere deeply rooted in national cultural heritage.
A highlight of the festival was a series of hands-on activities such as Banh Chung wrapping competitions, traditional Banh Chung cooking, and folk games, which attracted the enthusiastic participation of many attendees. In addition, the event featured performances by artisans crafting traditional toys, a calligraphy corner where visitors received New Year wishes, and food stalls offering Tet specialties including traditional cakes, candied fruits, and seasonal delicacies.
According to representatives of the Faculty of Tourism students, the festival provided a meaningful opportunity for students to gain deeper insights into traditional culture while fostering national pride, love for the homeland, and a sense of social responsibility. Through such activities, students are further motivated to study, enhance their professional skills, and develop proper work ethics, striving to become valuable contributors to the future development of the tourism industry.
