Sáng ngày 10/03/2026, Đoàn trường Trường Đại học Phan Thiết đã tổ chức Hội nghị cán bộ Đoàn chủ chốt nhằm quán triệt Nghị quyết Đại hội đại biểu Đoàn TNCS Hồ Chí Minh tỉnh Lâm Đồng nhiệm kỳ 2025 – 2030, đồng thời triển khai kế hoạch tổ chức Ngày hội UPT lần thứ X năm 2026 – sự kiện lớn của sinh viên toàn trường.
Hội nghị do đồng chí Lê Ngọc Duy – Ủy viên Ban Chấp hành Tỉnh đoàn Lâm Đồng, Bí thư Đoàn trường Trường Đại học Phan Thiết chủ trì, cùng đồng chí Phan Minh Mẫn – Phó Bí thư Thường trực Đoàn trường. Tham dự hội nghị còn có các đồng chí trong Ban Chấp hành Đoàn trường và cán bộ Đoàn chủ chốt của các khoa.

Tại hội nghị, đồng chí Lê Ngọc Duy đã trực tiếp truyền đạt những nội dung trọng tâm của Nghị quyết Đại hội đại biểu Đoàn TNCS Hồ Chí Minh tỉnh Lâm Đồng lần thứ I, nhiệm kỳ 2025 – 2030. Với vai trò là đơn vị trực thuộc Tỉnh đoàn Lâm Đồng, Đoàn trường Trường Đại học Phan Thiết xác định việc nắm vững các mục tiêu, chỉ tiêu và đề án trọng điểm của Nghị quyết là nhiệm vụ quan trọng, tạo nền tảng để triển khai hiệu quả các phong trào thanh niên trong nhà trường.
Bên cạnh đó, đồng chí Bí thư Đoàn trường nhấn mạnh việc vận dụng linh hoạt các yếu tố chuyển đổi số và khát vọng cống hiến vào thực tiễn hoạt động Đoàn – Hội tại trường, góp phần xây dựng thế hệ sinh viên UPT phát triển toàn diện, có bản lĩnh chính trị vững vàng, năng lực chuyên môn tốt và khả năng thích ứng với môi trường số trong thời đại mới.

Trong khuôn khổ hội nghị, các đại biểu cũng đã trao đổi và thảo luận về mục tiêu chung của nhiệm kỳ mới là xây dựng lớp thanh niên Lâm Đồng phát triển toàn diện, có bản lĩnh, khát vọng cống hiến và năng lực tư duy số. Nhiều nội dung quan trọng được nhấn mạnh nhằm định hướng cho hoạt động của các cơ sở Đoàn trong thời gian tới, trong đó chú trọng nâng cao chất lượng công tác tuyên truyền, giáo dục đoàn viên; đẩy mạnh các hoạt động tình nguyện; tăng cường các chương trình nâng cao năng lực số và ứng dụng khoa học – công nghệ cho thanh niên; đồng thời tiếp tục hoàn thiện việc số hóa dữ liệu đoàn viên trên hệ thống Phần mềm Quản lý đoàn viên.

Phát biểu kết luận hội nghị, đồng chí Lê Ngọc Duy đề nghị các cơ sở Đoàn trực thuộc tiếp tục đổi mới nội dung và phương thức tuyên truyền, gắn giáo dục lý tưởng cách mạng với quá trình chuyển đổi số và xây dựng văn hóa số lành mạnh trong sinh viên. Đồng thời, các đơn vị cần triển khai hiệu quả phong trào “Tuổi trẻ Lâm Đồng tiên phong trong kỷ nguyên mới”, khơi dậy tinh thần sáng tạo, khởi nghiệp và trách nhiệm xã hội của thanh niên. Công tác đồng hành cùng sinh viên cũng cần được chú trọng thông qua các chương trình phát triển toàn diện về trí tuệ, thể lực và kỹ năng hội nhập quốc tế, góp phần xây dựng tổ chức Đoàn ngày càng vững mạnh.
Thông qua hội nghị, Đoàn trường Trường Đại học Phan Thiết kêu gọi toàn thể cán bộ, đoàn viên, sinh viên phát huy tinh thần xung kích, sáng tạo và trách nhiệm, tích cực tham gia các phong trào thanh niên, quyết tâm thực hiện thắng lợi các mục tiêu, nhiệm vụ mà Nghị quyết Đại hội Đoàn TNCS Hồ Chí Minh tỉnh Lâm Đồng nhiệm kỳ 2025 – 2030 đã đề ra.

On the morning of March 10, 2026, the Youth Union of the University of Phan Thiet organized a Conference for Key Youth Union Officials to disseminate the Resolution of the Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Lam Dong Province for the 2025–2030 term. The conference also introduced the organizational plan for the 10th UPT Festival 2026, a major annual event for students across the university.
The conference was chaired by Mr. Le Ngoc Duy, Member of the Executive Committee of the Lam Dong Provincial Youth Union and Secretary of the Youth Union of the University of Phan Thiet, together with Mr. Phan Minh Man, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Youth Union of the University of Phan Thiet. The event was attended by members of the Executive Committee of the University Youth Union as well as key Youth Union officials from various faculties.

Overview of the Conference
At the conference, Mr. Le Ngoc Duy presented the key orientations and major contents of the Resolution adopted at the 1st Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Lam Dong Province for the 2025–2030 term. As an affiliated unit of the Lam Dong Provincial Youth Union, the Youth Union of the University of Phan Thiet identified a thorough understanding of the Resolution’s objectives, targets, and key programs as an essential task, providing a foundation for effectively implementing youth movements within the university.
Mr. Le Ngoc Duy also emphasized the importance of integrating digital transformation and the spirit of dedication and contribution into Youth Union and Student Association activities at the university. These efforts aim to nurture a generation of UPT students who are comprehensively developed, possess strong political awareness, demonstrate solid professional competencies, and are capable of adapting to the digital environment in the modern era.

Within the framework of the conference, delegates also discussed the overarching goal for the new term: developing a generation of Lam Dong youth who are well-rounded, resilient, aspirational, and equipped with digital thinking skills. Several important orientations were highlighted to guide the activities of Youth Union units in the coming period. These include enhancing the effectiveness of communication and educational activities for union members, promoting volunteer initiatives, strengthening programs that improve digital competencies and the application of science and technology among youth, and continuing the digitization of Youth Union member data through the Youth Union Member Management Software System.

In his concluding remarks, Mr. Le Ngoc Duy called on affiliated Youth Union units to continue innovating both the content and methods of communication, while linking the education of revolutionary ideals with the process of digital transformation and the development of a healthy digital culture among students. At the same time, units were encouraged to effectively implement the movement “Lam Dong Youth Pioneer in the New Era,” thereby inspiring creativity, entrepreneurship, and a strong sense of social responsibility among young people.
Support programs for students will also continue to be strengthened through initiatives that promote comprehensive development in intellectual capacity, physical well-being, and international integration skills, contributing to the continued strengthening of the Youth Union organization.
Through the conference, the Youth Union of the University of Phan Thiet called upon all Youth Union officials, members, and students to uphold a spirit of initiative, creativity, and responsibility; actively participate in youth movements; and strive to successfully accomplish the goals and tasks set forth in the Resolution of the Lam Dong Provincial Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Congress for the 2025–2030 term.
