Ngày 21/5/2026, Ban Thường vụ Đoàn Trường Đại học Phan Thiết đã tổ chức chương trình “Hoạt động tuyên truyền phòng, chống ma túy trong đoàn viên, thanh niên và sinh viên năm 2026”, thu hút sự tham sôi nổi của các vị đại biểu, báo cáo viên, cán bộ Đoàn cùng đông đảo đoàn viên, thanh niên và sinh viên toàn trường.

Tại chương trình, đồng chí Cao Đăng Nghĩa – Tổ trưởng Tổ Cảnh sát khu vực Công an Phường Phú Thủy – Báo cáo viên đã tuyên truyền, phổ biến các quy định của pháp luật hiện hành về công tác phòng, chống ma túy và tội phạm ma túy; đồng thời phân tích sâu sắc những tác hại nghiêm trọng của ma túy đối với sức khỏe con người, đời sống tinh thần, hạnh phúc gia đình cũng như trật tự an toàn xã hội.
Đặc biệt, chương trình đã cập nhật nhiều thông tin thiết thực giúp sinh viên nhận diện các loại ma túy kiểu mới đang xuất hiện ngày càng tinh vi hiện nay như ma túy núp bóng thực phẩm, đồ uống, thuốc lá điện tử, tem giấy và nhiều hình thức biến tướng khác. Qua đó, đoàn viên, thanh niên được trang bị thêm kiến thức và kỹ năng cần thiết để chủ động phòng tránh, nâng cao tinh thần cảnh giác trước các thủ đoạn lôi kéo, dụ dỗ của các đối tượng xấu.

Bên cạnh nội dung tuyên truyền, chương trình còn có phần giao lưu, đặt câu hỏi tình huống và giải đáp thắc mắc giữa báo cáo viên với đoàn viên, thanh niên. Hoạt động diễn ra sôi nổi, tạo điều kiện để sinh viên trao đổi trực tiếp những vấn đề thực tiễn liên quan đến công tác phòng, chống ma túy trong học đường và đời sống xã hội.

Thông qua chương trình, Ban Thường vụ Đoàn Trường Đại học Phan Thiết kỳ vọng sẽ góp phần đẩy mạnh các phong trào thi đua yêu nước trong tuổi trẻ; nâng cao nhận thức, trách nhiệm của cán bộ, đoàn viên, thanh niên về tác hại của ma túy; đồng thời trang bị kỹ năng phòng tránh, chung tay đẩy lùi tệ nạn ma túy học đường, xây dựng môi trường giáo dục an toàn, văn minh và phát triển toàn diện cho sinh viên.

During the program, Mr. Cao Dang Nghia – Head of the Residential Police Team of Phu Thuy Ward Police and the program’s guest speaker – delivered presentations and disseminated information on current legal regulations concerning drug prevention and control as well as drug-related crimes. He also provided in-depth analysis of the serious consequences of drug abuse on human health, mental well-being, family happiness, and social order and safety.
In particular, the program provided practical and up-to-date information to help students identify new types of drugs that are becoming increasingly sophisticated, including drugs disguised as food products, beverages, e-cigarettes, blotter paper, and many other modified forms. Through the program, union members and youths were equipped with additional knowledge and essential skills to proactively protect themselves and remain vigilant against the manipulation and inducement tactics of malicious individuals.

In addition to the communication and educational activities, the program also featured interactive discussions, situational questions, and a Q&A session between the guest speakers and union members and youths. The activities took place in a lively atmosphere, providing students with opportunities to directly discuss practical issues related to drug prevention and control in schools and in society.

Through this program, the Standing Committee of the Youth Union of the University of Phan Thiet hopes to further promote patriotic emulation movements among young people, raise awareness and responsibility among Youth Union officials, union members, and youths regarding the harmful effects of drugs, and equip students with preventive skills to jointly combat drug-related problems in schools, thereby contributing to the development of a safe, civilized, and comprehensive educational environment for students.
