Trong không khí sôi nổi, tự hào của tháng Thanh niên, Trường Đại học Phan Thiết đã chính thức khai mạc Chuỗi hoạt động “Ngày hội UPT lần X – Năm 2026”. Chương trình do Phòng Công tác chính trị sinh viên & Hợp tác doanh nghiệp phối hợp cùng Đoàn Thanh niên và Hội Sinh viên Trường tổ chức, mở đầu cho chuỗi sự kiện ý nghĩa và giàu màu sắc dành cho toàn thể sinh viên.

Tại buổi lễ, TS. Nguyễn Tấn Ý – Phó Hiệu trưởng, Trưởng Khoa Kỹ thuật Công nghệ Trường Đại học Phan Thiết đã có bài phát biểu khai mạc, nhấn mạnh ý nghĩa của Chuỗi hoạt động Ngày hội UPT như một sự kiện thường niên, nhằm thúc đẩy sự tham gia, sáng tạo và đoàn kết của sinh viên Nhà trường. Thầy khẳng định, chương trình không chỉ tạo ra một sân chơi năng động, lành mạnh để sinh viên phát triển các kỹ năng cần thiết và xây dựng mối quan hệ bạn bè, mà hơn hết, còn góp phần vào việc củng cố môi trường học thuật và văn hóa của UPT. Phó Hiệu trưởng Nguyễn Tấn Ý tin tưởng, với sự nhiệt huyết và tham gia tích cực của sinh viên, chuỗi hoạt động sẽ đạt được thành công lớn và để lại nhiều ấn tượng sâu sắc.

Ngày hội UPT lần thứ X năm nay mang ý nghĩa đặc biệt khi diễn ra trong thời điểm hướng đến kỷ niệm ba dấu mốc quan trọng: 17 năm ngày thành lập Trường Đại học Phan Thiết (25/3/2009 – 25/3/2026), 95 năm ngày thành lập Đoàn TNCS Hồ Chí Minh (26/3/1931 – 26/3/2026) và 80 năm Ngày Truyền thống ngành Thể dục Thể thao Việt Nam (27/3/1946 – 27/3/2026).
Chuỗi hoạt động diễn ra từ ngày 10 đến ngày 25/3/2026 với nhiều nội dung phong phú, hấp dẫn như: Giải bóng đá “Cúp Thanh niên UPT” năm 2026, Ngày hội Ẩm thực, Ngày hội Trò chơi dân gian… Các hoạt động không chỉ tạo sân chơi lành mạnh, bổ ích mà còn góp phần tăng cường tinh thần đoàn kết, giao lưu giữa sinh viên các khoa, ngành trong toàn trường.

Với sự chuẩn bị chu đáo về nội dung và hình thức, “Ngày hội UPT lần X – Năm 2026” hứa hẹn mang đến nhiều trải nghiệm đáng nhớ, đồng thời khẳng định sự năng động, sáng tạo và tinh thần gắn kết của tập thể giảng viên, sinh viên Trường Đại học Phan Thiết. In the vibrant and proud atmosphere of Youth Month, the University of Phan Thiet officially launched the “UPT Festival Series – 10th Edition, 2026.” The program, organized by the Office of Student Affairs & Corporate Relations in collaboration with the Youth Union and the Student Association, marked the beginning of a meaningful and colorful series of events for all students.
The opening ceremony was attended by Dr. Nguyen Tan Y, Vice Rector and Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Technology; Mr. Nguyen Nhu Truong, M.A., Head of the Office of Student Affairs & Corporate Relations and Head of the Organizing Committee; Mr. Phan Minh Man, M.A., Standing Deputy Secretary of the Youth Union and Deputy Head of the Organizing Committee; Mr. Nguyen Huu Tien, M.A., Deputy Secretary of the Youth Union and President of the Student Association; and Ms. Lam Ngoc Diep, President of the University’s Trade Union. The ceremony was also graced by faculty representatives from various departments, offices, centers, as well as members of the Youth Union Executive Committee, Student Association Executive Committee, and a large number of students from across the University.

This year’s 10th UPT Festival holds special significance as it coincides with three important anniversaries: the 17th anniversary of the establishment of the University of Phan Thiet (March 25, 2009 – March 25, 2026), the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26, 1931 – March 26, 2026), and the 80th anniversary of Vietnam’s Sports Tradition Day (March 27, 1946 – March 27, 2026).
The series of events will take place from March 10 to March 25, 2026, featuring a variety of exciting and engaging activities such as the “UPT Youth Football Cup 2026,” a Food Festival, and a Traditional Folk Games Festival. These activities aim to create a healthy and enriching environment while fostering solidarity and interaction between students from different faculties across the University.
