Nhằm phát huy tinh thần xung kích, tình nguyện của Đoàn viên Công đoàn, Đoàn viên thanh niên trường Đại học Phan Thiết; thiết thực hưởng ứng và chào mừng “Ngày toàn dân hiến máu tình nguyện 07/4”; đặc biệt, góp phần gìn giữ truyền thống tương thân tương ái của dân tộc; sáng 22/4 vừa qua, Đoàn trường Đại học Phan Thiết kết hợp cùng Công Đoàn Cơ sở đã tổ chức thành công “Ngày hội Hiến máu tình nguyện” năm 2023.
Tham gia chương trình có sự hiện diện của Bà Phan Thị Thân – Phó Chủ tịch Hội Chữ Thập đỏ thành phố Phan Thiết, Ông Đinh Lưu Trung – Cán bộ Hội Chữ Thập đỏ tỉnh Bình Thuận và tập thể cán bộ, nhân viên Hội Chữ Thập đỏ đến thực hiện công tác. Về phía trường Đại học Phan Thiết có ThS. Nguyễn Như Trường – Phó Trưởng Phòng CTCTSV-QHDN&HTVLSV, đặc biệt là hơn 200 cán bộ, nhân viên, giảng viên và sinh viên trường Đại học Phan Thiết.

Phát biểu tại chương trình, ThS. Nguyễn Như Trường cho biết, hiến máu tình nguyện là một trong những hoạt động ý nghĩa được trường Đại học Phan Thiết đặc biệt quan tâm và thực hiện thường niên, thể hiện sự chung tay của tập thể Nhà trường trong việc xây dựng một cộng đồng nhân ái và đoàn kết.

Với khẩu hiệu “Hiến giọt máu đào, trao đời sự sống”, tập thể trường Đại học Phan Thiết nhận thức được sâu sắc ý nghĩa nhân văn và tầm quan trọng của việc hiến máu cứu người. 110 đơn vị máu thu được trong hoạt động lần này không chỉ thể hiện tấm lòng nhân ái, nghĩa cử cao đẹp, mà hơn hết còn là tinh thần trách nhiệm của đại gia đình UPT với cộng đồng và xã hội.
