Thực hiện định hướng đào tạo gắn kết giữa lý thuyết và thực tiễn, đồng thời tăng cường các hoạt động trải nghiệm nghề nghiệp cho sinh viên, Khoa Kinh tế – Luật Trường Đại học Phan Thiết đã tổ chức chuyến tham quan thực tế tại Nhà máy Công ty Cổ phần Bibica. Hoạt động nhằm tạo điều kiện cho sinh viên tiếp cận môi trường doanh nghiệp, quan sát trực tiếp quy trình sản xuất – kinh doanh và nâng cao năng lực vận dụng kiến thức vào thực tiễn.
Chuyến đi có sự tham gia của 26 sinh viên ngành Quản trị Kinh doanh khóa K17, do ThS. Qua Minh Luân và ThS. Nguyễn Xuân Viễn – Giảng viên Khoa Kinh tế – Luật phụ trách dẫn đoàn. Đây là hoạt động học tập ngoài lớp học có ý nghĩa thiết thực, góp phần hỗ trợ sinh viên phát triển năng lực quan sát, tư duy hệ thống và hiểu biết thực tiễn về hoạt động của doanh nghiệp trong lĩnh vực sản xuất thực phẩm.
Tại Nhà máy Bibica Miền Tây, đoàn giảng viên và sinh viên UPT đã được Ông Trương Văn Khương – Phó Giám đốc Nhà máy tiếp đón và làm việc. Trong khuôn khổ chương trình, đại diện Nhà máy đã trình bày tổng quan về quá trình hình thành và phát triển, cũng như quy mô hoạt động, cơ sở hạ tầng kỹ thuật, hệ thống dây chuyền công nghệ sản xuất và định hướng phát triển trong bối cảnh cạnh tranh của ngành công nghiệp thực phẩm.

Bên cạnh nội dung giới thiệu tổng quan, sinh viên còn được tiếp cận thông tin về quy trình sản xuất thực tế tại nhà máy, từ khâu tiếp nhận nguyên liệu, chế biến, kiểm soát chất lượng đến hoàn thiện sản phẩm. Việc quan sát trực tiếp quy trình vận hành giúp sinh viên củng cố kiến thức chuyên môn, đồng thời hình thành nhận thức rõ ràng hơn về chuỗi giá trị sản xuất trong doanh nghiệp.
Chuyến tham quan thực tế góp phần hỗ trợ sinh viên kết nối giữa kiến thức lý thuyết đã học với môi trường sản xuất – kinh doanh thực tế, từ đó nâng cao khả năng phân tích, đánh giá và nhận diện các vấn đề trong quản trị doanh nghiệp. Đồng thời, chương trình cũng tạo điều kiện để sinh viên định hướng nghề nghiệp, xác định các vị trí việc làm phù hợp trong lĩnh vực quản trị kinh doanh và sản xuất công nghiệp.

Chuyến tham quan thực tế đã được tổ chức thành công, đảm bảo đúng mục tiêu, nội dung và yêu cầu đề ra. Hoạt động tiếp tục khẳng định chủ trương đào tạo của Trường Đại học Phan Thiết trong việc tăng cường gắn kết giữa Nhà trường và doanh nghiệp, góp phần nâng cao chất lượng đào tạo nguồn nhân lực đáp ứng nhu cầu xã hội.

In line with the orientation of integrating theory with practice and strengthening experiential learning activities for students, the Faculty of Economics and Law at the University of Phan Thiet organized a field trip to the Bibica Joint Stock Company Factory. The activity aimed to provide students with opportunities to access a real business environment, directly observe production and business processes, and enhance their ability to apply academic knowledge in practice.
The field trip was attended by 26 students from Cohort K17 of the Business Administration program and was led by M.A. Qua Minh Luan and M.A. Nguyen Xuan Vien, lecturers of the Faculty of Economics and Law. This extracurricular academic activity plays a significant role in supporting students’ development of observational skills, systems thinking, and practical understanding of business operations in the food manufacturing sector.
At the Bibica Mien Tay Factory, the delegation of lecturers and UPT students was warmly received and hosted by Mr. Truong Van Khuong, Deputy Director of Bibica Mien Tay Factory. Within the framework of the program, the factory representative provided an overview of the company’s establishment and development process, as well as its operational scale, technical infrastructure, production technology systems, and development orientation in the context of increasing competition in the food industry.

In addition to the general introduction, students were given the opportunity to access detailed information about the actual production process at the factory, from raw material intake, processing, and quality control to final product completion. Direct observation of the production workflow helped students consolidate their professional knowledge and develop a clearer understanding of the value chain within a business.
The field trip contributed to connecting theoretical knowledge learned in the classroom with real-world production and business environments, thereby enhancing students’ analytical skills, evaluation abilities, and capacity to identify issues in business administration. At the same time, the program also provided students with opportunities to orient their future careers and identify suitable job positions in the fields of business administration and industrial production.

The field trip was successfully organized, meeting all objectives, content requirements, and planned expectations. The activity continues to affirm the educational orientation of the University of Phan Thiet in strengthening the connection between the university and enterprises, thereby contributing to improving the quality of training human resources to meet societal needs.
