Thiết thực thi đua lập thành tích chào mừng 116 năm Ngày Quốc tế Phụ nữ (08/3/1910 – 08/3/2026), sáng ngày 06/3/2026, Công đoàn Trường Đại học Phan Thiết đã tổ chức nhiều hoạt động thể thao – vui chơi sôi nổi dành cho toàn thể công đoàn viên, cán bộ, giảng viên, nhân viên và sinh viên Nhà trường. Chương trình không chỉ là dịp tôn vinh phái đẹp mà còn góp phần tạo nên không khí giao lưu, gắn kết, lan tỏa tinh thần đoàn kết trong toàn trường.
Tham dự chương trình có sự hiện diện của PGS.TS. Đinh Phi Hổ – Bí thư Đảng ủy, Phó Hiệu trưởng Nhà trường; TS. Võ Khắc Trường Thanh – Ủy viên Hội đồng trường, Phó Chủ tịch Công đoàn Trường, Phó Hiệu trưởng Nhà trường; TS. Nguyễn Tấn Ý – Phó Hiệu trưởng Nhà trường; ThS. Lâm Ngọc Điệp – Chủ tịch Công đoàn Trường; Cô Nguyễn Anh Đông – Phó Bí thư Đảng ủy, Trưởng Phòng Kế hoạch Tài chính; cùng toàn thể cán bộ, giảng viên, nhân viên, công đoàn viên và đông đảo sinh viên Nhà trường.

Phát biểu khai mạc chương trình, PGS.TS. Đinh Phi Hổ – Bí thư Đảng ủy, Phó Hiệu trưởng Trường Đại học Phan Thiết đã biểu dương những nỗ lực của Công đoàn Trường trong việc tổ chức các hoạt động thiết thực, tạo sân chơi lành mạnh giúp tập thể Nhà trường nâng cao tinh thần rèn luyện thể dục – thể thao, tăng cường sức khỏe và gắn kết tập thể. Nhân dịp Ngày Quốc tế Phụ nữ 8/3, Phó Hiệu trưởng Đinh Phi Hổ cũng gửi lời chúc mừng tốt đẹp nhất đến toàn thể nữ cán bộ, giảng viên, nhân viên và sinh viên UPT, chúc các chị em luôn mạnh khỏe, hạnh phúc và tiếp tục phát huy vai trò, đóng góp tích cực vào sự phát triển của Nhà trường.

Tiếp nối chương trình, ThS. Lâm Ngọc Điệp – Chủ tịch Công đoàn Trường Đại học Phan Thiết đã gửi những lời chúc mừng nồng nhiệt đến tất cả chị em phụ nữ, nữ đoàn viên công đoàn và nữ sinh viên trong toàn trường. Chủ tịch Công đoàn bày tỏ mong muốn thông qua các hoạt động ý nghĩa này, các chị em sẽ có những giây phút vui tươi, thư giãn, đồng thời lưu giữ thêm nhiều kỷ niệm đẹp trong môi trường làm việc và học tập tại Trường.

Điểm nhấn của chương trình là Giải chạy Marathon UPT lần III, thu hút sự tham gia hào hứng của đông đảo công đoàn viên và sinh viên Nhà trường. Bên cạnh đó, nhằm tạo thêm không khí vui tươi nhân Ngày Quốc tế Phụ nữ 8/3, Công đoàn Trường còn tổ chức nhiều trò chơi vận động tập thể như kéo co, đạp bong bóng và nhảy bao bố dành cho công đoàn viên. Các phần thi diễn ra trong bầu không khí sôi động với sự cổ vũ nhiệt tình của các Thầy Cô và sinh viên. Những tiếng cười giòn giã cùng tinh thần thi đấu nhiệt huyết đã góp phần tạo nên một ngày hội 8/3 thật sự ý nghĩa và đáng nhớ.

Qua đó, tạo động lực tích cực để toàn thể cán bộ, giảng viên, nhân viên và sinh viên Trường Đại học Phan Thiết tiếp tục phấn đấu, hoàn thành tốt nhiệm vụ trong năm học.

In celebration of the 116th anniversary of International Women’s Day (March 8, 1910 – March 8, 2026), on the morning of March 6, 2026, the Trade Union of the University of Phan Thiet organized a series of lively sports and recreational activities for trade union members, staff, lecturers, employees, and students of the university. The program not only served as an occasion to honor women but also contributed to fostering interaction, connection, and a strong spirit of solidarity throughout the university community.
The program was attended by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dinh Phi Ho – Secretary of the Party Committee and Vice Rector of the University; Dr. Vo Khac Truong Thanh – Member of the University Council, Vice President of the University Trade Union, and Vice Rector of the University; Dr. Nguyen Tan Y – Vice Rector of the University; M.A. Lam Ngoc Diep – President of the University Trade Union; Ms. Nguyen Anh Dong – Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Head of the Planning and Finance Department, along with all staff members, lecturers, employees, trade union members, and a large number of students of the University.
Overview of the program
In his opening remarks, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dinh Phi Ho, Secretary of the Party Committee and Vice Rector of the University of Phan Thiet, praised the efforts of the University Trade Union in organizing meaningful activities that provide a healthy and engaging environment for staff and students to enhance their physical fitness, strengthen teamwork, and foster a sense of community. On the occasion of International Women’s Day, he also extended his best wishes to all female staff members, lecturers, employees, and students of UPT, wishing them good health, happiness, and continued contributions to the development of the university.

Continuing the program, M.A. Lam Ngoc Diep, President of the Trade Union of the University of Phan Thiet, delivered warm congratulations to all female staff members, female trade union members, and female students across the university. She expressed her hope that through these meaningful activities, participants would enjoy joyful and relaxing moments while creating lasting memories in their working and learning environment at the university.

The highlight of the event was the UPT Marathon Race – Third Edition, which attracted enthusiastic participation from numerous trade union members and students. In addition, to further enhance the festive atmosphere of International Women’s Day, the University Trade Union also organized several team-building games for trade union members, including tug of war, balloon-stomping, and sack racing. The competitions took place in an energetic and exciting atmosphere with enthusiastic cheers from lecturers and students. Laughter and spirited competition created a truly meaningful and memorable celebration of March 8.

These sports and recreational activities not only provided relaxing moments after hours of work and study but also strengthened solidarity and cooperation among departments within the university. Through such activities, positive motivation is created for staff members, lecturers, employees, and students of the University of Phan Thiet to continue striving to accomplish their goals in the academic year.
