Sau phần giao lưu và tư vấn hướng nghiệp tại hội trường, gần 400 học sinh Trường THPT Lâm Hà đã tiếp tục tham gia hoạt động tham quan và trải nghiệm thực tế tại các khu vực chuyên môn của Trường Đại học Phan Thiết trong khuôn khổ chương trình “UPT DAY 2026 – Trải nghiệm & Hướng nghiệp – Lần II”. Hoạt động này không chỉ giúp các em hiểu rõ hơn về các ngành đào tạo cũng như hệ thống cơ sở vật chất của Nhà trường, mà còn mang đến cơ hội được trực tiếp quan sát và trải nghiệm môi trường học tập Đại học trong tương lai.
Trong chương trình, học sinh được chia thành nhiều nhóm nhỏ và lần lượt tham quan các khu vực thực hành thuộc các Khoa chuyên môn của Trường Đại học Phan Thiết. Thông qua những trải nghiệm thực tế này, các em có dịp khám phá những lĩnh vực mình quan tâm, đồng thời tìm hiểu thêm về các kỹ năng và kiến thức chuyên môn mà Nhà trường đang đào tạo.
Toàn cảnh chương trình tham quan
Nhóm học sinh đầu tiên đã tham quan khu vực Lễ tân và Phòng Pha chế dưới sự hướng dẫn của Khoa Du lịch. Tại đây, các em được giới thiệu về quy trình đón tiếp và phục vụ khách trong môi trường khách sạn – nhà hàng, đồng thời tìm hiểu những kỹ năng nghiệp vụ quan trọng của ngành Du lịch như kỹ năng giao tiếp, tác phong nghề nghiệp và cách xử lý các tình huống trong thực tế.
Trong quá trình tham quan, học sinh còn được giới thiệu và quan sát trực tiếp các hoạt động thực hành nghiệp vụ trong lĩnh vực Du lịch, Khách sạn và Nhà hàng. Thông qua sự hướng dẫn của giảng viên và sinh viên Khoa Du lịch, các em có cơ hội tìm hiểu rõ hơn về môi trường học tập, phương pháp đào tạo cũng như những kỹ năng nghề nghiệp cần thiết trong lĩnh vực này. Những trải nghiệm thực tế đã giúp các em có cái nhìn cụ thể hơn về ngành học, đồng thời tạo thêm hứng thú cho những bạn đang quan tâm đến lĩnh vực Du lịch, Khách sạn và Nhà hàng.

Nhóm học sinh tiếp theo được tham quan Xưởng Thực hành Kỹ thuật – Công nghệ, khu vực do Khoa Kỹ thuật – Công nghệ phụ trách. Đây là nơi sinh viên được thực hành các kỹ năng chuyên môn trong các ngành như Kỹ thuật Ô tô, Cơ – Điện tử và Cơ khí. Tại đây, các em học sinh được quan sát trực tiếp nhiều mô hình, thiết bị và công nghệ hiện đại đang được sử dụng trong giảng dạy tại UPT. Việc tiếp cận thực tế với các thiết bị kỹ thuật giúp các em có cái nhìn rõ ràng hơn về đặc thù ngành học cũng như cơ hội nghề nghiệp trong lĩnh vực kỹ thuật – công nghệ.

Phần 2 của chương trình “UPT DAY 2026 – Lần II” đã diễn ra thành công tốt đẹp, mang đến cho các em học sinh nhiều trải nghiệm thực tế bổ ích. Qua chương trình, các em không chỉ hiểu rõ hơn về môi trường học tập tại Trường Đại học Phan Thiết mà còn có thêm thông tin để định hướng cho con đường học tập và nghề nghiệp trong tương lai. Nhà trường hy vọng rằng những trải nghiệm này sẽ giúp các em thêm tự tin trong kỳ thi tốt nghiệp THPT cũng như trong quá trình lựa chọn và đăng ký xét tuyển Đại học sắp tới.

Following the interaction and career orientation session at the auditorium, nearly 400 students from Lam Ha High School continued participating in campus tours and hands-on experiences at various specialized facilities of the University of Phan Thiet as part of the program “UPT DAY 2026 – Experience & Career Orientation – Second Edition.” This activity not only helped students gain a clearer understanding of the University’s academic programs and facilities but also provided them with an opportunity to directly observe and experience the university learning environment they may pursue in the future.
During the program, the students were divided into several small groups and guided through practical training areas belonging to different faculties of the University of Phan Thiet. Through these real-life experiences, the students had the opportunity to explore fields that interested them while learning more about the professional knowledge and skills provided through the University’s training programs.
Overview of the campus tour program
The first group of students visited the Reception and Beverage Practice Area under the guidance of the Faculty of Tourism. Here, they were introduced to the basic procedures of welcoming and serving guests in the hotel and restaurant environment. In addition, the students learned about essential professional skills in the tourism industry, including communication skills, professional manners, and handling real-life service situations.
During the visit, students were also introduced to and observed practical training activities in the fields of Tourism, Hospitality, and Restaurant Management. With guidance from lecturers and students of the Faculty of Tourism, they had the opportunity to better understand the learning environment, training methods, and the professional skills required in this field. These hands-on experiences helped the students gain a clearer picture of the programs while also inspiring those who are interested in pursuing careers in Tourism, Hospitality, and Restaurant Management.

The next group of students visited the Engineering and Technology Practice Workshop, managed by the Faculty of Engineering and Technology. This facility is where students practice professional skills in programs such as Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics, and Mechanical Engineering. During the visit, the high school students were able to observe various models, equipment, and modern technologies currently used in teaching and training at UPT. Direct exposure to these technical systems helped them better understand the characteristics of these fields as well as potential career opportunities in engineering and technology.

Part 2 of the program “UPT DAY 2026 – Second Edition” concluded successfully, providing students with many meaningful and practical experiences. Through this program, the students not only gained a better understanding of the learning environment at the University of Phan Thiet, but also received valuable information to help guide their future academic and career paths. The University hopes that these experiences will help students feel more confident as they prepare for the upcoming National High School Graduation Examination and the university admission process.
