This conference contributed to fostering a sense of personal responsibility, promoting proactive drug prevention, and strengthening the collective determination to combat drug-related problems, thereby helping to create a safe and healthy university environment.

Building on this commitment, the University of Phan Thiet will continue to strengthen its cooperation with relevant authorities in legal communication, dissemination, and education. These ongoing efforts aim to nurture a generation of students who are knowledgeable, resilient, committed to upholding the rule of law, and socially responsible, working together to build a safe, civilized, and sustainably developing community.
