Sáng ngày 4/7/2026, Trường Đại học Phan Thiết phối hợp với Tỉnh đoàn Lâm Đồng tổ chức chương trình “Phiên tòa giả định tuyên truyền pháp luật về phòng, chống mại dâm năm 2026”. Chương trình là hoạt động tuyên truyền pháp luật thiết thực, góp phần nâng cao nhận thức, ý thức chấp hành pháp luật cho đoàn viên, sinh viên, đồng thời lan tỏa thông điệp về xây dựng môi trường học đường an toàn, văn minh, lành mạnh.
Chương trình được tổ chức trong khuôn khổ công tác phối hợp giữa Ban Chấp hành Đoàn Trường Đại học Phan Thiết và Tỉnh đoàn Lâm Đồng, với sự tham dự của đồng chí Bùi Minh Phụng, đại diện Ban Tuyên giáo và Dân vận Tỉnh ủy; đồng chí Trần Diệp Mỹ Dung, Ủy viên Ban Chấp hành Trung ương Đoàn, Phó Bí thư Thường trực Tỉnh đoàn; đồng chí Nguyễn Hồ Xuân Quang, Ủy viên Ban Thường vụ Tỉnh đoàn Lâm Đồng; đồng chí Huỳnh Ngọc Chơn, Phó Trưởng Ban Dân chủ, Giám sát và Phản biện xã hội, Ủy ban MTTQ Việt Nam tỉnh; đồng chí Luyện Thị Bích Hồng, Phó Trưởng ban Công tác Phụ nữ, Ủy ban MTTQ Việt Nam tỉnh. Về phía Trường Đại học Phan Thiết có TS. Nguyễn Tấn Ý, Phó Hiệu trưởng kiêm Trưởng Khoa Kỹ thuật Công nghệ. Chương trình còn có sự tham gia của các chuyên gia cố vấn gồm TS. Lê Hoàng Tấn, Thẩm phán Tòa Phúc thẩm Tòa án nhân dân tối cao tại TP. Hồ Chí Minh và TS. Phạm Thị Hồng Tâm, Giảng viên Trường Đại học Luật TP. Hồ Chí Minh. Cùng tham dự còn có các vị khách quý, đại diện cán bộ, giảng viên, nhân viên và đặc biệt là hơn 300 đoàn viên, thanh niên đến từ Trường Đại học Phan Thiết cùng các trường đại học, cao đẳng trên địa bàn tỉnh.

Phát huy hiệu quả công tác tuyên truyền, giáo dục pháp luật bằng hình thức trực quan, sinh động, chương trình hướng đến mục tiêu phổ biến các chủ trương, chính sách của Đảng, pháp luật của Nhà nước về phòng, chống mại dâm; đồng thời nâng cao nhận thức, trách nhiệm của đoàn viên, sinh viên trước những tác động, hệ lụy của tệ nạn này đối với cá nhân, gia đình và xã hội.
Điểm nhấn của chương trình là Phiên tòa giả định với chủ đề “Tuổi trẻ Lâm Đồng tiên phong phòng, chống mại dâm – Vì cộng đồng văn minh, hạnh phúc”. Kịch bản phiên tòa do Khoa Kinh tế – Luật, Trường Đại học Phan Thiết nghiên cứu, xây dựng và thẩm định; các vai diễn được thể hiện trực tiếp bởi sinh viên của Khoa, góp phần mang đến một phiên tòa sinh động, chân thực và giàu tính giáo dục.

Thông qua việc tái hiện quá trình xét xử một vụ án liên quan đến các hành vi môi giới, chứa chấp, lôi kéo và dụ dỗ thanh thiếu niên tham gia hoạt động mại dâm, phiên tòa đã phản ánh rõ những phương thức, thủ đoạn ngày càng tinh vi của các đối tượng vi phạm pháp luật, đặc biệt là việc lợi dụng mạng xã hội và các nền tảng trực tuyến để quảng bá, tổ chức hoạt động mại dâm. Bên cạnh việc làm rõ các quy định của pháp luật và chế tài xử lý đối với từng hành vi vi phạm, chương trình còn gióng lên hồi chuông cảnh báo về những hệ lụy nghiêm trọng của tệ nạn mại dâm đối với an ninh trật tự, đạo đức xã hội cũng như sự phát triển toàn diện của thanh thiếu niên.
Sau phần diễn án, các chuyên gia cố vấn đã trực tiếp nhận xét, phân tích những nội dung pháp lý liên quan, giúp đoàn viên, sinh viên hiểu sâu hơn về quy định của pháp luật cũng như nâng cao kỹ năng nhận diện, phòng ngừa các hành vi vi phạm trong thực tiễn.

Khép lại với nhiều dấu ấn tích cực, chương trình không chỉ góp phần đổi mới hình thức tuyên truyền, phổ biến giáo dục pháp luật mà còn khẳng định vai trò của Trường Đại học Phan Thiết trong việc phối hợp với các cơ quan, đơn vị xây dựng môi trường giáo dục an toàn, lành mạnh, trang bị kiến thức và ý thức pháp luật cho thế hệ trẻ, góp phần xây dựng cộng đồng văn minh, phát triển bền vững.

On the morning of July 4, 2026, the University of Phan Thiet, in collaboration with the Lam Dong Provincial Youth Union, organized the “2026 Mock Trial on Legal Education for Prostitution Prevention and Control.” The program served as a meaningful legal education initiative aimed at enhancing legal awareness and promoting compliance with the law among youth union members and students, while spreading the message of building a safe, civilized, and healthy educational environment.
The program was held as part of the cooperative activities between the Executive Committee of the Youth Union of the University of Phan Thiet and the Lam Dong Provincial Youth Union. Distinguished attendees included Mr. Bui Minh Phung, representative of the Provincial Party Committee’s Commission for Information, Education and Mass Mobilization; Ms. Tran Diep My Dung, Member of the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and Standing Deputy Secretary of the Lam Dong Provincial Youth Union; Mr. Nguyen Ho Xuan Quang, Member of the Standing Committee of the Lam Dong Provincial Youth Union; Mr. Huynh Ngoc Chon, Deputy Head of the Committee for Democracy, Supervision and Social Criticism under the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province; and Ms. Luyen Thi Bich Hong, Deputy Head of the Women’s Affairs Committee under the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province.
Representing the University of Phan Thiet was Dr. Nguyen Tan Y, Vice Rector and Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Technology. The program was also honored by the participation of legal advisors, including Dr. Le Hoang Tan, Judge of the Appellate Court of the Supreme People’s Court in Ho Chi Minh City, and Dr. Pham Thi Hong Tam, Lecturer at Ho Chi Minh City University of Law. The event also welcomed distinguished guests, representatives of the University’s faculty and staff, and, notably, more than 300 youth union members and students from the University of Phan Thiet and other universities and colleges across the province.

Through an engaging and interactive approach to legal education, the program sought to disseminate the Party’s guidelines and the State’s legal regulations on prostitution prevention and control. It also aimed to strengthen students’ awareness and sense of responsibility regarding the harmful impacts and serious consequences of prostitution on individuals, families, and society.
The highlight of the event was the mock trial entitled “Lam Dong Youth Take the Lead in Preventing and Combating Prostitution – For a Civilized and Happy Community.” The trial script was researched, developed, and reviewed by the Faculty of Economics and Law of the University of Phan Thiet. All courtroom roles were performed by students of the Faculty, creating a realistic, engaging, and educational courtroom experience.
Overview of the mock trial
By reenacting the trial of a criminal case involving prostitution brokerage, harboring prostitution activities, and the recruitment and inducement of young people into prostitution, the mock trial vividly illustrated increasingly sophisticated methods employed by lawbreakers. Particular attention was given to the misuse of social media and online platforms for promoting and organizing prostitution-related activities. In addition to explaining the relevant legal provisions and penalties applicable to each offense, the program served as a strong warning about the serious consequences of prostitution on public security, social morality, and the healthy development of young people.
Following the trial, the legal advisors provided professional comments and in-depth legal analyses, helping youth union members and students gain a clearer understanding of the applicable laws while improving their ability to recognize and prevent legal violations in real-life situations.

Concluding with many positive outcomes, the program not only introduced an innovative and effective approach to legal education and public legal awareness but also reaffirmed the University of Phan Thiet’s commitment to working closely with relevant agencies and organizations in building a safe and healthy educational environment. Through such initiatives, the University continues to equip young people with essential legal knowledge and a strong sense of legal responsibility, contributing to the development of a civilized and sustainable community.
