Chiều ngày 30/7/2026, Trường Đại học Phan Thiết long trọng tổ chức Lễ Khai giảng các lớp đào tạo trình độ Thạc sĩ đợt 1 năm 2026, đánh dấu sự khởi đầu của hành trình học tập, nghiên cứu và phát triển tri thức dành cho các Tân học viên Cao học.

Phát biểu tại buổi lễ, PGS.TS.NGƯT. Võ Khắc Thường – Chủ tịch Hội đồng Trường, Hiệu trưởng Trường Đại học Phan Thiết nhấn mạnh, đào tạo Sau Đại học là một trong những nhiệm vụ trọng tâm của Nhà trường nhằm nâng cao chất lượng nguồn nhân lực, đáp ứng yêu cầu phát triển trong bối cảnh hội nhập và chuyển đổi số. Nhà trường sẽ tiếp tục đổi mới chương trình đào tạo, nâng cao chất lượng giảng dạy và nghiên cứu khoa học, xây dựng môi trường học thuật hiện đại, tạo điều kiện để học viên phát triển toàn diện về chuyên môn và năng lực nghiên cứu.

Đại diện Tân học viên cao học, Anh Nguyễn Minh Hùng – Học viên ngành Quản trị Kinh doanh, bày tỏ niềm vinh dự khi trở thành học viên của Trường Đại học Phan Thiết. Thay mặt toàn thể Tân học viên, Anh gửi lời cảm ơn đến Ban Giám hiệu và Quý Thầy Cô UPT đã tạo điều kiện thuận lợi để các học viên học tập trong môi trường giáo dục chất lượng; đồng thời thể hiện quyết tâm không ngừng học tập, nghiên cứu và rèn luyện, hoàn thành tốt chương trình đào tạo, đáp ứng yêu cầu phát triển nghề nghiệp trong tương lai.

On the afternoon of July 30, 2026, the University of Phan Thiet solemnly held the Opening Ceremony for the First Intake of Master’s Degree Programs in 2026, marking the beginning of a new journey of learning, research, and academic development for the newly admitted graduate students.
Attending the ceremony on behalf of the University’s leadership were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Meritorious Teacher Vo Khac Thuong, Chairman of the University Council and President; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dinh Phi Ho, Secretary of the Party Committee and Vice President; Dr. Nguyen Tan Y, Vice President and Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Technology; Dr. Vo Khac Truong Thi, Member of the University Council, Head of the Office of Academic Affairs, and Director of the Center for Foreign Languages, Informatics, and Human Resource Development; Dr. To Binh Minh, Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Law; Dr. Trinh Thanh Toan, Dean of the Faculty of Foreign Languages; together with leaders of the University’s faculties, offices, and departments, as well as more than 60 newly admitted graduate students enrolled in the Master’s programs in Business Administration, Economic Law, and English Language.

Highlights from the Opening Ceremony
In his opening address, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Meritorious Teacher Vo Khac Thuong, Chairman of the University Council and President of the University of Phan Thiet, emphasized that graduate education is one of the University’s strategic priorities in enhancing the quality of human resources to meet the demands of socio-economic development in the context of global integration and digital transformation. He affirmed that the University will continue to innovate its academic programs, improve the quality of teaching and scientific research, and foster a modern academic environment that enables graduate students to develop both professionally and academically.
President Vo Khac Thuong also extended his warm congratulations to the newly admitted graduate students on officially becoming members of the graduate community at the University of Phan Thiet. Representing the new graduate students, Mr. Nguyen Minh Hung, a Master’s student in Business Administration, expressed his honor at becoming a graduate student of the University of Phan Thiet. On behalf of all newly admitted students, he extended his sincere appreciation to the University’s Board of Management and faculty members for providing a high-quality learning environment. He also affirmed the students’ commitment to pursuing their studies with diligence, engaging actively in research, continuously improving themselves, successfully completing the Master’s program, and meeting the demands of their professional development in the future.
